150g low-fat Greek yogurt
½ avocado
1 medium sized banana
1 medium sized kiwi, peeled
2 handfuls of spinach (fresh or frozen)
1 handful of kale (fresh or frozen)
40g whey protein powder
¼tsp ground nutmeg
¼tsp ground ginger
½tsp ground cinnamon
Ice cubes (optional)
